INTRODUCTION

BCA will be introducing a new Multi-skilling Scheme to provide an alternative pathway for the industry to upgrade their experienced workers.

The Multi-skilling Scheme complements the Core Trade Scheme, which caters to workers specialised in key construction trades. It aims to build up a pool of workers who are competent in multiple construction trades to carry out more than one type of work tasks on-site. Employers will have greater flexibility in deploying multi-skilled workers on-site, hence reducing the downtime and improving their productivity.

Multi -Skilled Worker (Individual construction foreign worker can apply too)

A worker who is skilled and engaged in a particular construction trade.

Intake:	Subject to minimum class size enrolled and BCA testing department test date schedule. Confirmation of training place is based on a first come, first served basis.

a) Photocopy of NRIC for local or Work Permit/Employment Pass for foreigner – front & back

b) Photocopy of Passport (foreign participant only)

c) Acknowledgment Notice for Multi Skilled

d) Company’s cheque payment
